[School Trip IV]

The fourth day of the school trip was free time for the group from morning to evening.

For most of the students, it is no exaggeration to say that this is the schedule they have been waiting for. After the morning assembly in the hotel hall, the students are left to their own decisions, including lunch. No longer supervised by teachers, the students are free to let loose a little.

Each group leaves the hotel and scatters into town.

Nishino's group also set out immediately.

The first destination was a shooting range where live ammunition could be fired.

This was at the insistence of Matsuura-san and Ogino-kun. The Chairwoman was reluctant, wondering what the fun was in having to shoot a gun on vacation. However, the two strongly begged for it.

To get around, Futsumen managed to pull a rental car.

It was the same convertible they had used on the first day of the school trip.

Matsuura-san had requested this car as well.

They drove slowly along the spacious roads of Guam for a while. Eventually, they arrived at an open-air shooting range located in the southern part of the island. There are several other shooting ranges for tourists in the vicinity, and this one is relatively close to the hotel.

The Futsumen had already taken care of all the details in Japan, so check-in went without a hitch. In the gun shop store, each person chose a firearm of his or her choice. After the preliminary explanation and other things, they stood at the range.

At that time of the day, there were no other customers in the store, and Nishino and his group had the range to themselves.

After firing a few rounds, Nishino looked at the gun in his hand and said.

"Looks like they have reduced the powder a lot. Even though it's a 9mm, the recoil is light."

"............"

Ogino-kun looked at him as if to say, Who are you trying to impress.

However, remembering his blunder at the airport, he decided to refrain from making a comment. He was not that irritated because he had anticipated in advance that he would definitely use the gun as an excuse to make fun of him in this exciting place.

He said that as long as he was prepared for it, he might be able to endure it surprisingly well.

In fact, half of the gunpowder had been removed from the casing.

The clerk who was present made no comment.

This is one of the topics that conscious customers like to talk about with their colleagues. Before the Internet, it would have been a mystery, but nowadays there are many shooting ranges that advertise that they can shoot brand new ammunition. It is a fact that you can easily find out if you look it up.

By the way, Nishino is not the only one who has noticed that the stores are cutting costs.

"............"

Hey, it's the same shape as before, but lighter. The Chairwoman, who remembers shooting a factory loads just recently, swallowed the thought that almost leaked out on the spur of the moment in a close call. If she had honestly mumbled, she would be treated as the same as the Futsumen.

Without any emotion, she simply squeezed the trigger in an unobtrusive manner.

Practice here, it might be useful in the future when something happens.

The Chairwoman, who has shot people in the past but can still shoot with impunity, is a rather determined woman. With a passthump, she fired bullets one after another, hitting the center of the target set up at the back of the lane one after another.

"Chairwoman, this is really awesome!"

Matsuura-san, who loves FPS, was thrilled to shoot live ammunition for the first time.

She shot every one of the guns lined up in the storefront.

For the Chairwoman, this is a somewhat unsettling sight. Matsuura-san has a criminal record regarding her relationship with Takeuchi. Even during the idol fiasco, she was out and about with a blade in her hand.

"Hey, Nishino, let's have a competition to see who can hit the most."

"Okay, I'll accept the challenge."

"How about the loser buys lunch today?"

"Okay, Let's do it."

A shooting match was proposed by Ogino-kun.

Both participants shoot the same number of bullets and see who can hit the target more.

The result was that Ogino-kun won by a wide margin.

The Futsumen dared to miss the target and let his schoolmate have the glory. He gazed at Ogino-kun, who was honestly happy, as if he were looking at something bright. This was the first time he had experienced having fun with a male friend since entering high school.

He is a futsumen who is excited by this unexpected and adolescent-like event.

"I mean, isn't the Chairwoman amazing? You are so accurate."

"Oh, yeah, I'm pretty good."

Because of the location, with deadly weapons lying all over the place, Nishino was alert to his surroundings.

Even while competing with Ogino-kun, Nishino was on his guard, preparing for an enemy attack.

However, there was no disturbance as he expected. If there was a problem, it was only that Matsuura-san, in her excitement, had run out of pocket money. She had consumed more than twice as much ammunition alone as Ogino-kun and the Chairwoman.

And so, having enjoyed shooting as originally planned, everyone departed from the shooting range.

The next stop was a shopping mall in the city center.

This was the Chairwoman's wish.

The shopping mall is a multi-tenant complex with three-digit numbers of stores, selling everything from consumer electronics to food, clothing, and even souvenirs for tourists. It is a so-called suburban supermarket, with a small amusement park inside.

A short distance away is Andersen Air Force Base, and there is a community for military personnel who serve there. Because of this, many of the customers who visit the mall are base personnel who have settled in the area.

Although there are many Asians, other ethnic groups come and go as well.

Perhaps that is why the Chairwoman, upon first glance, said.

"Coming to a place like this makes me feel like I am in a foreign country!"

As a JK nowadays, she feels excited about her shopping time in a foreign country.

It's a far cry from when she was nonchalantly pulling the trigger at the shooting range.

"Chairwoman, there are a lot of places that sell brand-name goods."

"But those places are too expensive for students like us, right?"

"Yeah, you're probably right."

If you look closely, you will see the names and logos of stores and restaurants that are familiar to you from somewhere you have seen before. But it was an exciting enough sight for a boy and girl who had just obtained their passports. At least from Shimizu's point of view, it was definitely a good thing.

It was a great way to learn English and kill two birds with one stone, she thought, with a high level of awareness.

A supermarket in the mall selling fresh food and the prices of the products displayed there. The Chairwoman still holds on to the dream and wish for the sound of globalization.

"Nishino-kun, can you lend me some money? I'll pay you back when we get to Japan."

"How much do you need ? "

"Hey, hey, Matsuura-san, are you sure you will return that money? "

"Of course I'll pay him back. Chairwoman."

"Even if that's the case, you shouldn't be borrowing money from friends."

They were standing in the center court of a shopping mall.

They were facing each other in one corner of that spacious hall.

A huge Christmas tree was set up in the center of the hall. The surrounding area was also decorated with the nativity in mind, with colorful ornaments glittering everywhere. Tourists could be seen taking pictures with their cameras.

"Hey, why don't we each split up for a bit? I'd like to take my time and look around."

Matsuura-san happily puts the bills she receives from the Futsumen into her wallet.

Shimizu, who was looking at her with a bitter look on her face, made a proposal to all of us.

This is a unique opportunity to enjoy an overseas trip alone. She wanted to test her English skills to see how far they would go.

"This is like a large suburban shopping mall. Why take the time to go around? The items sold here are all things that can be bought in Japan, anyway. I mean, wouldn't it be cheaper to buy them online? "

"Matsuura-san had her fun at the shooting range earlier, so why not give me priority this time?"

"Then, while we're waiting for the Chairwoman, can we discuss a restaurant for lunch?"

"Yeah, let's do that."

There was no opposition from Nishino and Ogino-kun.

They decided to leave various things to the girls.

Matsuura-san nodded her head, and it was decided that it was time for shopping at the mall. Leaving the words, See you back here in an hour, Shimizu headed off to a specialty store-lined area.

"..........."

By the way, that being said, Nishino is concerned about the Chairwoman.

Since the other day, he has been unable to take his eyes off her, helped by the noisy atmosphere around him. So he decided to follow her, pretending that he was headed somewhere else.

However, Ogino-kun and Matsuura-san call out to Futsumen when he finally takes his first step.

"Nishino, why don't we go around together?"

"Oh, in that case, let me go with you."

In this situation, it was difficult to refuse.

Without any choice, the Futsumen nodded his head and agreed to the offer.

"Yeah, all right."

Let's spend some time together and then pretend to get separated on the way to find the Chairwoman.

Deciding to do so, Nishino walked through the mall with the two of them.

◇ ◆ ◇

After leaving Nishino and the others, Shimizu's first destination was a specialty clothing store.

She had been saving up for this day. Her main sources of income were the New Year's money she received from her relatives at New Year's and the money she earned from her part-time job helping Francisca. In addition, before her departure, she also received an allowance from her father.

She was planning to use the money she had saved to buy a small accessory from a slightly higher-priced brand that she would normally pass by. In addition, she would not forget to buy some souvenirs for her family waiting for her return home.

"Indeed, its atmosphere is like a japanese department store........"

True to Matsuura-san's words, the interior of the store was reminiscent of a general merchandise store in Japan.

The specialty store section of a long-established department store in Tokyo is much more upscale. Even so, the products lined up on the shelves included a few well-known brands. The price tags attached to the items were also appropriate.

"But the people who work there seem to be native, and that's significant enough."

Originally, the same place was to go around with Risa-chan and her good friends group. However, I was distracted by Nishino's presence, and it was my own fault. I was not ready to go around with Matsuura-san, so I turned my attention to cross-cultural communication in order to make the most of it in the future.

I went around the mall with a high level of awareness, actively trying to talk to the store clerks.

I was selective in my shopping, preferring kind-looking people if possible.

After a while, Chairwoman found a nice-looking porch area.

She looked around and saw a female clerk in the immediate vicinity. She is a white woman who appears to be in her mid-twenties. She was calmly smiling, giving off an aura that made it easy to talk to her.

"Good"

I've got to go.

She decided and turned her steps toward the person ahead of her.

"Oh, um, excuse me."

Recalling a phrase I had learned in the past, I greeted her in English.

The other person noticed the Chairwoman and smiled deeply.

"What can I do for you? "

"I'm interested in that pouch. May I look it?"

Shimizu was tense in her conversation in English.

Unlike before, there were no other people around. Shimizu has also parted ways with Nishino, who has been taking care of her for the past few days. She is also out of the school trip program that the teachers have prepared for her. This situation of being completely alone made her feel excited.

An excited Chairwoman.

An exciting English conversation.

The mixed expressions of anticipation and anxiety on their faces looked very fresh even to the casual observer.

"Yes, that's fine. By the way, customer....."

She listens desperately, trying not to miss a single word the other person says.

Don't worry, I'm following you.

Even I can speak English.

Many phrases she had learned at school and in cram school flashed through Shimizu's mind.

Which one should I use?

How should I tell her?

As she was thinking about it, the other party continued to speak.

"Shut up and follow me. If you make any strange movements, I will shoot you."

The calm tone of voice remains the same, yet the instructions are one-sided.

Without a pause, something hard and firm is pressed against her through her clothing. It is the feeling of pressure on her abdomen from the female clerk who has her hand in her pocket. Something elongated and tubular is gripping her ribs as if rubbing up against them.

"............"

The Chairwoman understood the situation in an instant.

She didn't even have to hear it in English.

Oh, this is something I've experienced before, she thought.

"Come with me. Understood?"

" ... Yes."

With a smile, Shimizu nodded in response to the instructions given to him.

Only a few minutes had passed since she had left Nishino and the others. It seemed that she had been kidnapped early while the Futsumen were looking for the right moment to leave Ogino-kun and Matsuura-san, wondering how he was going to part ways with them.

If this was the case, she should have listened to Matsuura-san.

The Chairwoman could not help but think that.

◇ ◆ ◇

A stranger, a female clerk, threatens the Chairwoman as she leaves the shopping mall.

She was put in the passenger seat of a car parked in the parking lot. It was a compact car made in Japan. It was covered with dirt and dust everywhere, and was quite old. The car, driven by a woman, left the site and drove off without a trace.

There was zero conversation in the car.

Frightened by the presence of the gun, Shimizu just shivers.

"............"

Why did this person kidnap me?

I want to know.

But how do you say "kidnapping" in English?

No matter how hard she tried to think, the Chairwoman could not come up with the word.

In the meantime, the car carrying her passed through the city. The neighborhood is rich in nature with greenery filling the sides of the roads, and once you get off the roads connecting the tourist spots, you don't see many people. Only occasionally a car passes by in the oncoming lane.

At the end of a narrow alley one street further in.

The car carrying the Chairwoman stops in front of an old-looking house.

The building is made of concrete blocks. It is a one-story house with an impressive flat roof. It looks like there used to be a garage by the front door. However, it was probably blown away by a typhoon, and most of it is gone, leaving only some of the foundation.

As the engine stopped, the driver gestured me to get out of the car. I obediently stepped out of the passenger seat, and a pistol was immediately pointed at me over the hood. The driver then instructed us to follow him, and we were obliged to follow him.

It seemed that their destination was the house in front of them.

We entered the house through the front door.

The Chairwoman felt a strange sense of comfort in the house.

As soon as she entered the house, she found a living room, where she was seated on a sofa set. There was also a dining room and a kitchen, and at the back of the room, beyond a small hallway, she could see a door that seemed to lead to a bedroom.

"You will be my hostage."

The Chairwoman sat on a sofa across a low table from the one on which she sat. The woman turned to face her, sitting down with a thud as if to throw her body on it. The impact of her sitting on the sofa caused insects to crawl out from under the furniture and flee at once.

The sight almost made Shimizu scream.

The form of the fleeing insect was that of a pest she loathed.

As such a fact indicates, the interior of the house is in as much disrepair as the exterior. Everywhere is covered with dirt and dust. The wallpaper is so tanned that its original color cannot be seen, and the furniture is riddled with scratches. The electrical appliances are also generally old and showing their age.

"Why don't you say something? Or are you too scared to speak up?"

"Well, uh......."

Moreover, the Chairwoman could not understand the word hostage.

She recited the sound she heard in her ears in her brain, but the meaning did not come to her mind.

" ......... You don't understand what I'm talking about?"

"I'm sorry, what do you mean by hosuteiji?"

The Chairwoman thought, it's not easy to play the hostage role when you don't speak the language.

This was exactly what she had just asked.

This seemed to trouble the other person, who scrunched up her face.

"........."

"Um, well........"

After waiting for a while, she does not tell her what the hostage means.

Both parties are silent for a while.

During this time, Shimizu's mind was filled with various questions.

The one that bothered him the most was the timing of when the other party approached her.

I had spoken to her at the store, but why? Could it have been anyone? Even if so, it was obvious that I was going to be in trouble in the conversation. Shimizu was troubled by her own poor English conversation.

As she thought about this, she suddenly recalled last night's incident.

It was the conversation with Rose and Gabriella over the existence of the fake Nishino.

Although she didn't think it was possible, she wondered if this person was the fake.

"Ah ...... "

Immediately after she suspected this, there was a change in the scene she was seeing.

The person sitting on the sofa opposite her instantly became a different person.

The white skin turned brown, and the blonde hair turned glossy black. Even her age, which had been in her mid-twenties, was now about the same age as Shimizu. The clothes she wears have changed from a uniform from a store to a worn one-piece dress that seems to be her own.

Even though her sitting posture was the same, everything else had changed.

It was only a momentary change.

For Shimizu, it was as if a hologram was rewritten in front of her eyes.

Moreover, the appearance after the change looked like something he had seen somewhere before.

Where had she seen it before?

The answer came quickly, thanks to her earnest efforts.

It was a waitress I met at a hotel buffet on the first day of the school trip. Or the next day, when I caught a glimpse of a student from a local school at a social event with local students. Shimizu remembered the dinner vividly, partly because of the trouble she had caused.

"What is it ? "

"Well, um, ......."

The girl gave confirmation to Shimizu, who had raised her voice as quickly as she could.

The latter did not seem to notice the change in the scene the former was seeing. Her calm demeanor has not changed in the slightest. However, the tone of voice delivered to her ears sounded slightly more matureto a slightly childish one.

"They can't even speak English well. This is why Japanese people are so ......"

I'm sure they're swearing at me, thought the Chairwoman.

But she couldn't take the slightest hint of nuance, and it didn't bother her at all. She just stares at the other person and kicks back. Rather, she is a woman full of ambition as she focuses on the syntax of English and other things.

This was probably because Shimizu's appearance appeared to them as very poor.

The other party seemed to think that she was not worth their attention, and she put the gun in her hand in her pocket and leaned back deeply on the sofa. Then, she let out a loud sigh and looked up at the ceiling of the living room.

"........."

As she watched, the Chairwoman suddenly remembered.

The presence of a pistol strapped under her skirt.

It was a pistol given to her by Nishino.

He explained to me when I received the gun that he had obtained it locally.

It is loaded with live ammunition and can be shot immediately after pulling it out.

This kind of gun is for just in case, not to be used every time. With this in mind, her brain is asking and answering every question in response to a situation that makes her think, If I don't pull it out now, when will I pull it out?

Perhaps because she had experienced similar situations many times in the past, her resolve was quickly determined.

Sitting on the sofa, she thrusts her hand inside her skirt, making a gesture as if to correct the disorder of her clothing. I quietly grasp the grip so as not to make a sound and remove the safety from the touch of my fingertips. Even at this stage, there is no change in the other party.

The Chairwoman, feeling confident, gets up from the sofa and pulls out her gun.

Without a pause, she points the muzzle of the gun at the girl's head and holds it with both hands.

"........ "

"Don't move! Hands up!"

What came out of her mouth as soon as she heard it was a phrase she often hears in movies.

The Chairwoman never dreamed that the day would actually come when she would say it.

The girl reaches into her pocket but fails to grab the gun.

She raises her hands in a sitting position on the sofa as the Chairwoman urges her to do so.

"Why is a Japanese kid carrying a gun around?"

"Excuse me, what does hosuteiji mean?"

"............"

Shimizu then managed to successfully get the meaning of a hostage.

◇ ◆ ◇

At the same time that the Chairwoman is engaged in Extreme English Conversation with her kidnapper.

Nishino and the others were waiting to meet up with her at the shopping mall. After a few minutes of being separated from Ogino-kun and Matsuura-san at the site, the Futsumen started to look for Shimizu, but unfortunately, he could not encounter the person he was looking for by the appointed time.

So in the end, he waited for her at the appointed place as originally planned.

"Chairwoman, aren't you getting back late? You're usually so punctual."

"I guess even the Chairwoman likes to cut loose during school trips, don't she? "

"But that doesn't mean she should do it when she's with us."

"I'm sure the Chairwoman feels the same way about Matsuura-san."

In addition to Nishino, Matsuura-san and Ogino-kun can be seen at the site.

The location is a corner of the center court in the mall. A large Christmas tree can be seen nearby. There, they exchange a few words about the Chairwoman, who has not come back even after the appointed time.

Matsuura-san is the main talker, and Ogino-kun is following her.

The Futsumen is the one who has been speaking less and less.

Surely, something must have happened?

Thinking this way, he decided to contact Shimizu.

"Matsuura-san, Ogino-kun, I would like to contact the Chairwoman."

"I agree with Nishino-kun."

"Yes, I think she might be in some kind of trouble."

No objection was raised by either of them.

Nishino took out his phone from his pocket, called up Shimizu's number from his address book, and launched a call application. Looking at the number, which had become familiar to him of late, he pressed the call button.

Once, twice, three times.

As the number of calls piled up, anxiety grew in his chest.

It is his sincere hope that she is just absorbed in his shopping.

However, the Futsumen's wish was broken.

The phone line was connected in the middle of the tenth call.

The tone of the voice delivered from the other end of the line was perhaps a hint of nervousness.

"...... Nishino-kun?"

"Chairwoman, we're all talking about heading out to eat soon......"

"............"

I was about to say something, but I heard a gasp.

Even taking into account the fact that it was over the phone, the response was not good.

The Futsumen's uneasiness was heightened by the Chairwoman's uncharacteristic attitude.

"You okay? Where are you now........ "

"I'm fine, but it might be nice if you could come help me if you can."

"Yeah, okay. I'll be right there."

I didn't need to ask her what and why.

Nishino immediately changed his mind and proceeded to talk to the Chairwoman on the call.

"Do you know where you are? If you have any landmarks, I'd like to know."

"Can you give me a second to check my map app?"

"Yeah, okay."

Having heard the sound of a map app, the Futsumen grasped the fact that the she had already left the mall. The reason why he had searched endlessly throughout the mall and still could not find her was the worst possible scenario he had feared.

He looked back at his previous activities, thinking that it was highly likely that he had been watched. It was even possible that he had been right there with us, just because we were unaware of it.

A short time later, the messaging app on Futsumen's phone showed a response.

He pulled the phone away from his ear and hurried to check the screen.

There was a screenshot of a map app attached to it.

In the center of the image was a pin indicating her current location. As Nishino had assumed earlier, it pointed to a point in the suburbs, far from the city center, let alone a shopping mall. It was a sparsely populated neighborhood.

"Thank you, Chairwoman. Location confirmed. Coming your way soon. ......"

Nishino, who once again put his phone to his ear, called out to them in rapid succession.

A high-pitched crackling sound echoed through the phone.

Without a moment's pause, the microphone picked up a noisy clattering and clattering sound.

"Chairwoman, are you okay? Chairwoman! ......"

The Futsumen repeatedly voiced concern for her.

However, there was no response from Shimizu.

On the contrary, the call was disconnected.

"............"

The Futsumen's eyes gazing at the phone became stern.

Matsuura-san and Ogino-kun were subtle at the sight of him. They wondered if this was another one of their usual fits. Nishino has performed similar situations many times in the past. And on campus, it was always treated as a self-created alarm.

Naturally, Ogino-kun expressed his intrigue in the series of exchanges.

"Hey, Nishino. That was the Chairwoman on the phone, wasn't it? "

"Sorry, Ogino-kun. I have some urgent business to attend to."

"That's a bit of a stretch, don't you think? We're in Guam! "

"Matsuura-san, would you mind keeping Ogino-kun company for a while?"

Nishino took out his wallet and grabbed all the bills from it. Then, without even checking the number of bills, she had Matsuura-san hold them all. She saw numerous Benjamin Franklins staring at her.

The amount of money was too much for a student's allowance.

Ogino-kun, who was watching from the side, was also surprised.

"Hey, Nishino-kun, this are hundred dollars bills ... "

"Maybe you and Chairwoman can have a little, you know..."

"…… .Seriously ? "

"Sorry to be so one-sided. As soon as I finish my business, I'll contact you."

Without waiting for a response from the two men, Nishino turns on his heel.

He was unaware of how his casual display might unfold from then on.

Dismissed by his stunned schoolmates, the Futsumen rushed out of the shopping mall.

◇ ◆ ◇

The house was an old, rundown place in Guam.

In the dusty living room space, the Chairwoman was still communicating with a girl whose name she did not even know. The arrangement of the two was the same as before. Shimizu, standing in a imposing position with a gun in her hand, and her abductor sitting on the sofa in front of her.

The former, facing the latter, says in a loud voice.

"They're holding your father hostage, and you're helping them do their evil work."

"Yes, that's right."

Upon receiving confirmation from Shimizu, the other party gave a small nod.

Upon confirming this, the Chairwoman inwardly paused, gut-pressed. She felt a sense of accomplishment at the outcome of her own hearing. Repeatedly thereafter, she summarized the conversation they had exchanged so far and asked the girl sitting on the sofa.

"You don't want to do anything wrong. You don't want to help."

"I don't have to repeat myself. So please put the gun down."

"I put it down, and you raise it. I know."

"I will never do that. I promise you."

"No. I don't believe you. I can't believe you."

"Talking to you irritates me like I'm being provoked by a toddler."

"...... I'm sorry, what do you mean by "p-p-roboke"?"

"....... "

Over the course of several dozen minutes, the Chairwoman more or less extracted the situation from the person on the other side of the table.

According to her, she was cooperating with the wrong people in order to save her father who had been taken hostage. She explained that she kidnapped Shimizu because she desperately needed to accomplish the work she was instructed to do in the process of cooperating with them. At least that is how Shimizu understood it.

However, there was no evidence of this other than her own statement.

As the Chairwoman, she was still at a loss as to how much she should believe in her.

"I know you've been deceiving others."

"What do you mean ? "

"A strange power. Weird power to turn turtles into sharks. I've seen it in the ocean."

" ...... "

Last night, Shimizu had been briefed by Nishino, Rose, and Gabriella, who visited her room, that a hostile party would use mysterious powers just like them. Shimizu would convey that very same explanation to the person in front of her.

"Also, I know it drives people crazy and scares them."

My vocabulary is a bit reduced, but that's about it.

Then, the other party closed her mouth tightly.

Shimizu was convinced that she was right.

It was the same mysterious illusion that she had witnessed just a few minutes before.

That is why the Chairwoman kept her gun at the ready without letting her guard down. She never takes her finger off the trigger. After all, the opponent in front of her was a girl who had even played a trick on Nishino. Shimizu felt a chill run down her spine at the predicament she found herself in.

"Tell me. You deceive people. Is that true? "

"If that were true, what would you do?"

"If you use that power, I will shoot you immediately. My fingers are very sensitive."

"........"

Today, the Chairwoman's sensitive zone have increased by one.

Immediately after she held up the weapon, the conversation became clearly passable compared to before that. By witnessing the series of events, she has realized the secret of English conversation. With a gun, it is so much easier to communicate.

That is why I understood at the same time.

Maybe this is what it meant to be a strong communicator.

Suddenly, Shimizu recalled her own words and actions in the classroom and began to think about a number of things. What came to mind was the three girls in her close group who had left just recently. The Chairwoman felt sorry for that fact, even after all this time.

As she was doing so, her phone began to shake with a buzzing sound in her pocket.

It seemed to be an incoming call, and the vibration showed no sign of ceasing even after waiting for a while. The Chairwoman gropes for it with her gun at the ready and raises the screen to the corner of her eye. There, the name of the person she was looking for was displayed.

"......"

Shimizu had a little trouble before deciding to take this one.

As long as you keep your gun ready, you'll be fine. It will be all right.

That's what she told herself as she took the action.

With her eyes fixed on the kidnapper, she brings the phone to the side of her face.

"... Nishino-kun ?"

"Chairwoman, we're all talking about heading out to eat soon......"

Hearing the expected tone of voice, the Chairwoman felt no small amount of relief.

Immediately afterward, she understood the fact and her mind began to panic in a different way.

Regardless of her thoughts, Nishino confirmed it one after another.

"You okay? Where are you now........ "

"I'm fine, but it might be nice if you could come help me if you can."

"Yeah, okay. I'll be right there."

In response to the help call, the reply came back quickly.

Nishino's strong voice inspired Shimizu to do her best.

"Do you know where you are? If you have any landmarks, I'd like to know."

"Can you give me a second to check my map app?"

"Yeah, okay."

At Futsumen's urging, the Chairwoman began to operate the phone in her hand.

Started the map application to display the current location.

Take a screenshot of the screen.

Paste it into the message app and send it to the caller.

As she turned her attention to the phone to perform these tasks, Shimizu experienced a sudden mental breakdown.

Shimizu felt a sudden change in her mentality.

It was an overwhelming love that made it impossible for her to stay still. Shimizu felt an overwhelming urge to walk right up to the kidnapper sitting in front of her and embrace her small body. Such an unexplainable affection welled up from the depths of her heart with a tremendous force.

".............."

The wise Chairwoman was able to immediately recognize the cause of such emotional change.

The reason was the mysterious power that she had heard about from Nishino and the others yesterday.

Even so, the feelings overflowing in her chest were irresistible.

In the next moment, she would throw away her gun and run to the other side.

"You ...! "

So she squeezed the trigger of her gun to escape her lust for the other party.

The other party is the kidnapper, the other party is the kidnapper, she told herself desperately as she fired a threatening shot.

She had been at the range just a few minutes ago, so her behavior was perfect.

A high-pitched crack echoed through the living room.

"Wha..... "

The bullet snagged the girl's side of the head and landed on the wall behind her. The trajectory of the bullet, which was closer to the target than she had thought, shook the hair of the person on the other side of her head. Shimizu could see it flying through the air and falling to the floor.

The other party seemed surprised by this, and her eyes widened and her whole body tensed up.

At the same time, the overwhelming lust that had been attacking Shimizu dissipated in an instant.

"............"

"............"

The Chairwoman and the kidnapper had to look at each other out of mutual astonishment.

The one who was shot was naturally surprised.

But the shooter was also surprised.

If the trajectory had been off by just a few centimeters, the bullet would have hit her in the head.

At the same time, she suddenly realized.

The phone had fallen to the floor from Shimizu's hand at some point.

She must have been so absorbed in holding up the gun that she must have dropped it as quickly as she could. The mental change she felt was overwhelming. She must have pressed some kind of button when she fell, because the display showed the end of the call.

Shimizu felt uneasy about the fact that the call with Nishino had been cut off. However, since she had already sent the necessary information, she decided to give priority to keeping the kidnappers in check. If she just waited here, she was sure he would come to her rescue.

She continued to take her gun seriously.

She set her sights squarely on her opponent's head.

By the way, the Chairwoman thought.

This is the time to overpower the kidnappers.

The phrase "I'm going to kill you," which is often used in movies, came to her mind.

Then, the Chairwoman again said to the girl sitting on the sofa.

"I, I said! My fingers are sensitive!"

"..........."

Faced with Shimizu's sensitive parts, the kidnapper raised her hands in resignation.
